Got offered a consulting job with CFGI for a manager position (12% raise). I don’t like Audit anymore and it just makes me unhappy. It impacts my health a lot. Had to work till 4-5 am during busy time and some very busy days during this summer. Partners tried to help me move to Deals since beginning of the year but it won’t happen right away. They will ask me to do the audit for another year. My guts told me to move to CFGI but I’m nervous. Should I move now in Sept or wait for PwC uncertainly?

The Regional GM has verbally promised to move it up to £50k base if I perform well during the probationary period, but I can’t have it in writing on the contract.
