Had my annual performance review 2 weeks ago. During my performance review we discussed challenges that my team faced as well as impacts due to restructuring and staff limitations and opportunities for this coming year. earlier this week I saw he published his feedback & added in some opportunities we didn’t discuss which reflect negatively on me.. He acknowledged in person he wasn’t supportive at first and it impacted my teams performance,I want to challenge this in principle, any advice?
