Question about what to do next. I’ve maxed out everything—401k, HSA, IRA, backdoor Roth 401k. My bills are all paid. I went from making $70k the last 7 years to now started a new job a month ago making $130k plus $10k bonus every year, and $60k in RSUs. I have $70k in my 401k and around $50k in savings. Noob question on selling puts- I just sold a weekly put that I WANT to get assigned. The stock fluctuate a few dollars a day so I’m looking for a specific price to own the shares at vs entering a limit order. 1. Buy a ~8-850k house that meets most of our ideal criteria (size, schools, interiors etc) to stay long term

2. Buy a ~5-550k house that’s not ideal with the plan of moving into an ideal home in 4-5 years when kid is ready for school.
