Interns first day, she was spinning her wheels so I asked what was wrong. Said she couldn’t figure out how to add formulas to her spreadsheet…it turns out she added a table to a word doc and was typing it in those boxes. She did not get an offer at the end
Ahahah that’s great 😂
I think mine was during a national conference call , 500+ people. A new work standard was being implemented. Employee unmuted his mic by accident and I guess the host forgot to mute the mics as well. He took a deep sigh and said “ mannnn this some bulllshiiitttttttt”. The chat box was dieing afterwards. The awkward silence for the next 30 seconds was hilarious. Ahahahah
best advice Ive ever gotten is to always assume you’re on camera and unmuted on a zoom/teams call
Once saw an all out screaming match in the middle of the office between a manager and a senior associate over a provision. Both were convinced they were right and after 30 minutes of what was coming close to the edge of a fist fight our tax lead broke it up. The senior then proceeded to spend 12 hours researching the position, in the middle of March, to prove his point.
Best part is it turned out they were both wrong once the EL looked at the provision and the client was going to get a VA anyway due to the history of losses.
Ahhhh man nothing like those super heated arguments!! Ahahah
I was in a conference room on site with the client and a senior called the other senior Incompetent in a shouting match in front of the client, the staff, the senior manager. It was awkward as hell
