Hello fishes,
I am a data scientist and I have an offer from Mindtree of 30 LPA (fixed) and another offer from EXL Service of 31 LPA (fixed) + 10% variable.
Can you please help me to decide which on to go with?

Hi all, (I believe) this is my first time posting here within the forums... This is an extremely broad question, but how did you find out exactly what you wanted to do (career wise) for the rest of your life?

I’ve been a dental tech for the last five years, though I’m tired of scraping by. I am 75% finished with pre-reqs for dentistry, but the loan debt frightens me a bit. I 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙡𝙮 enjoy finances and real estate. However, I’d prefer not to be an actual buyers/sellers agent.

Have been getting hit up by places about great jobs I’m excited about, but they happen to be at places with known diversity problems. I can’t shake that feeling that they’re talking to me because I’m a POC and they need to diversify, not necessarily because of my experience and skill set. Anyone have advice of how to fight that feeling? Other advice?

IP LAW

Hi - I’m a lawyer based in the UK, and looking to improve my IP law knowledge. Has anyone done the PGDip in IP Law at Oxford? Or can anyone give any suggestions on some good courses / resources? My background is in transactional, but improving my IP law knowledge would really help with my role.

Also posted in the Law bowl but thought I’d also ask the pros!
