2.5 YOE at T2 at the moment and will be 3.5 at matriculation if I apply this year. I have good GMAT score secured but very underprepared in terms of essay/recommendations. I understand a lot of consultants apply at this tenure, but I feel like I'm not ready in terms of experience. On the other hand, I always struggle with imposter syndrome so unclear whether I should just go for it or spend one more year to build CV, figure out what I really want to do with life. Any advice for someone like me?

Does anyone know where I can find basic ESL worksheets for newcomers that aren’t British? I just got a few new students whose English is about zero. Thankfully I speak their language (I am the only one in the school who does) but I wanted to start them on basic vocabulary (colors, foods, school supplies etc) and basic grammar. But a lot of the worksheets I find are designed for people learning British English and I don’t want to confuse my students because the vocabulary is different.

How long after submitting to mbb/getting referred do you get called for an interview? Wondering how much additional practice I can get in from the point I get referred to interview date
