Have been a top performer in my firm and received a fast-track promotion a few months back.

However, the past few months have been filled with lots of anxiety, stress, pressure as I am working with a manager that doesn’t seem to be appreciating the work, not fostering a positive team dynamic, and putting lots of pressure on me. I also dislike how much my self-worth seems to be tied to my work performance.

Any bible verses that have helped you through similar struggles?

Need some feedback! So I was forced to move jobs about 6 months ago due to reorg and the new leader opting to bring their existing EA with them, without even meeting me. I got offer from IBM in my home location itself, with 18.5LPA fixed for 9 yea in automation testing.
