Report it to HR. Firms are required to take reports seriously. Document anything you can contemporaneously. You are not alone and anything the happened to you is not your fault. I am sorry you are enduring this.

No, but I’ve seen it. You should report it to HR but remember, HR works for the company and not you. If you can afford it, find an employment attorney just to be aware of your options and to document the situation appropriately and familiarize with the corporate policy. Some HR companies do what is right and follow the process, others do what is in the best interests of the company, it’s important to know what your company prioritizes before you approach them about it so you can get the result you want.
