Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

Recruiters are crazy overwhelmed right now. I think especially ad world recruiters. Lots got laid off/consolidated to holdco responsibilities last year. Then reduced and/or new recruiting staff faced huge hiring sprees in ‘21. If one person is hiring for dozens of roles (or more) with dozens (or more) candidates per role, I imagine it gets hard to keep track and respond on time. And not particularly motivating.
Doesn’t mean it’s ok, but there may be some context behind the response that isn’t ghosting or intentional rudeness.
Agreed ACD - great advice. You’ll probably actually be helping them since they probably forgot. Or else the hiring manager forgot to write back (happened to me last week with someone I did want to interview).
