Hello everyone, I am a Deloitte auditor and on a H-1b visa. My long term goal is to eventually go back to my home country. Should I still invest in Deloitte 401-k? I just want to know what the deductions are if and when I decide to go home and take the money. I don’t want to miss out on the match that Deloitte does but assessing if it’s worth it and if I will lose much of my money in taxes. Also I currently invest at home (fixed deposits) and get 6% returns. Thanks for any inputs in advance

Need some advice. Currently 32 YO with $23.7k in student loans, $60k in retirement, and $54k in cash. Want to pay off loans by end of year, max out 401k, and save for a house. Does it make sense to use $10k from pension to pay down loans and the rest from cash? How much should I have in my 401k by this point?
