Please advice better one for me to join considering perks and benefits and career growth. I know WLB is better at Wells.

Yeah I feel ya, I kinda feel the same sometimes…I still enjoy aspects of it but don’t like the stress and working weekends working late… There is other things I want to do with my life besides working late nights on ads. I need to figure a way to make $ besides being an ad creative… preferably online.

Consider going client side.
I agree with idea of going "client side" -- can totally change dynamics of your job / work, allowing you to go deeper, putting you in situation where you work with people who are focused on other aspects of business. In looking for "client side" roles, be open to all kinds of ideas -- what is meaningful to you? what is fun? what makes you curious? who do you admire? do you have hobbies you enjoy? really open your mind to types of orgs to join... Starting to look at ideas could give you pep to keep plowing forward in your current role, which will become a stepping stone instead of a dead end...
