Hello, I am currently doing my Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering. I have good knowledge in Python, R, ML. I have a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt too. I am about to achieve my Graduate Certificate in Industrial Data Analytics. I want to be data analyst. But I don’t seem to get any response from any job postings that I have been applying to. Please suggest me some tips what more I should do to get a data analyst job.

I am a career changer on mo 4 of a 6 mo sourcer/researcher contract that I’m not sure will be renewed due to team re-organizing. I have 5 YOE basically in an HR generalist role at a company that didn’t have an official HR function, building systems from the ground up. I also have my SHRM-CP. I am looking for a perm, remote HR generalist or program manager position and getting no traction despite a well-reviewed resume. What do I do? Should I go to grad school?

4th year financial services associate - have an offer for a 9-5 knowledge management role at a competing firm for 94% of my current base salary.
