Look at the camera, not yourself on-screen. Smile. Channel your inner-YouTuber, but don’t be cringe. Act like somebody I’d want to sit next to while you’re answering. Be creative in your answers. Don’t feel compelled to use up ALL of the allotted time per question, but don’t cut yourself short (e.g. using 1 min when 3:40 is available). Listen to the instructions to know how many attempts you have. Pay attention to whether or not the time BETWEEN attempts is timed (or unlimited).
Most of all, be yourself. People can smell insincerity a mile away. You also lessen the chance of getting imposter syndrome when/if you start working here.

Make sure to look in to the camera, focus on slowing down your speech to sound more clear and concise. Prepare answers to a range of behavioural questions and have a good understanding of why you want to work where you have applied (not just GS in general).
Bonus tip: Culture, Diversity and ESG are very important atm, find a way to include that in your pitch (perhaps under why GS).

Are you talking about the hirevue interview?
From what I understand those are rarely evaluated by a human. It’s an AI evaluator that measures the clarity of your speech, whether you smile, whether you look directly at the camera, etc.
You have a few tries to practice before taking the actual interview. Questions are mostly behavioral type Qs, maybe one or two asking why GS or why Operations.
