Got few questions regarding LTI and business analyst role. 1:Does anyone have any idea how many rounds are normally conducted for LTI business analyst interview. 2.How how many days they take normally to release offer. 3. How much should i expect /ask for 4.8 yoe for business analyst role.

Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. And no talks of a promotion / raise..

Why has it been so dang hard to move from banking to a strategy role in my industry or expertise? Or a start up? 90% of my applications have passed on me before even giving me a first round interview! I’ve been on over 6 deals, and wanting out and it’s been extremely frustrating! Any insight or advice?

Rejected by HBS and GSB post interview... feeling pretty low. Was hoping I'd get one after interviewing. Only senior on a demanding client, managing multiple staff and managers.
