Hey all, I got to the final round of MD Strategy, Analytics & M&A over a year back. I’m now an Analyst @ Accenture Strategy, but I haven’t given up on MD.

I need some advice on making this jump, do I wait another year or so till I get promoted to consultant before applying to MD?

Also, the jobs postings for the spaces I’m interested in at MD come so few and far between, especially for Consultant level.

I’m just really not sure on how to navigate this, any steer would be much appreciated

Best backup plans if you get fired from a Big Law firm within a year or two after graduating? Go to a non-BL firm and then try to lateral back into BL?

I see for many people the designation has changed but for me it's not. I was under the impression that the promotion happens after the mid year discussion or after the year end discussion.

What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.

I have bounced around a couple consulting companies so would prefer not to do it again. Total 4 YOE.

I don’t think I have enough YOE to go for a program architect role at SF otherwise I’d be interested.

What is it like working at Monitor Deloitte with the Strategic Growth Transformation team (under S&A)? I have 4 YOE from a Big 4 and got an offer for Senior C in NY.
1- What is the culture like: How are the people? Hours? Are you happy working there?
2- Is there actual strategy work or is it mostly transformation, with the word "strategy" being slapped to every single project? How long are the projects? Are most project sponsors actually at the Csuite level?
