Our 3 grandmothers are 1-3 hour flights away (3 diff places) and cannot travel. When will we be ready to take baby to see them? I’m thinking 4-6 months but that would also be flu/RSV season. I give massive kudos to all the parents out there juggling work and home life. But it’s starting to feel like I pulled the short stick by not having a kid. I keep hearing that Booth’s MBA program is rigorous (maybe the most rigorous out of M7). That said, how much more work are students expected to do compared to HBS, Wharton, Kellogg, etc.? I don’t know if this is an outdated opinion, considering a lot of MBAs are very demanding. Booth is personally my top choice for having a flexible curriculum & 2-3 days of classes. But I really want to know what to expect around the “rigorous” label. Does it mean I’ll be buried in coursework the other 2-3 days?
