Bain & Company Hi all, I am currently an Accenture Analyst who’s looking to break into MBB. I know the graduate recruitment in the UK is about to open which only opens to less than 2 years experience recent graduate. Should I apply to the graduate cycle or wait until I get the promotion and >2 years exp and apply as an experienced hire?

Any insights will be great! Many thanks in advance 😊

I came in as an experienced hire and would recommend just coming in as a new AC rather than trying to navigate that process.

Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? Anyone else have a need to exercise daily? A lot of people judge me in a negative way and in reality it is because my ADHD brain needs it. 1) the consistency for schedule 2) exercise can help tone down the symptoms before I sit down for the work day 3) it is the only thing I can control to make it look like I am not a mess (disorganization, interrupting) - basically trying to stay in the game at work based on perception of “having it together”. Just wondering if anyone faces the challenges.
