I got a offer from Amazon for software support devops engineer with 16 LPA base + 5 L bonus and ESOPs of around 12 L which will start vesting from 2nd year to 4th year.

Current company is a fintech company and i am working as a aws devops engineer, they are ready to retain me with 24 LPA (including 10% bonus). What will be the better option for my career growth?

Got offer for aws program manager L5. 26 lpa base plus , 14 lpa signing amount and 12 rsu. Does that look good or further negotiation can be done. Base salary is not very high from the current base salary. Please suggest

I came to US on an L1b in 2018 and switched to H1b in 2021 Oct. Current 797/visa expiry is stated as July 2023, by which I would have spent 1.5 years on H1b visa (and 3.5 years on L1b before that). During h1b extension , will I get another 4.5 years of extension? How does extension work when u switch visas?

Context:

I really enjoy the people I work with and the company seems to really support its employees, however it is in a field that doesnt exactly align with what I would like to be doing. And unfortunately the compensation package is also lacking.

I'm an accounts receivable expert with 8+ yrs of experience. I started with 96k per annum in 2014, and have worked with 4 different MNCs since then. Currently I'm getting approx 9Lpa, and it feels like I'm pretty much stuck here. Switching jobs increases the pay scale, while staying for a while reflects stability.

When I look at the other member's comments here, it seems majority of folks are earning 20-30Lpa or even more.

Barclays offering me 8.75 and Capgemini offering me 9.4. Both are fixed. And still lot of interviews are in place. I was really interested in joining Barclays and expecting that they will give atleast 10.5 L but they are saying no budget for that and asking for response tomorrow. Not sure what to decide. Please suggests me which one to choose.
