Recruiter from Amazon reached out for a phone screen for a L7 role st Amazon - Principal Product Manager, Technical. I'm a first year M and have been in consulting mostly. I do have the technical expertise the role requires but no product management experience per se. Think L7 at Amazon for me is a reach. My concern is if I interview and fail, I will be barred from interviewing from another role for 6 to 12 months. Should I give it a shot or save my chance for something more realistic (e.g. L6)?

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

How can I get over this feeling? I'm over the whole "stand in the line of fire to prove how good I am" bs. Any recommendations for getting over this or possible industries to pivot into to avoid bs interview processes and ghosting?

Do most tech/SaaS companies make prospective employees sign NDAs? I'm interviewing for the first time in awhile and am entering into a final round with a company who wants me to sign an NDA prior to the interview. I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?
