Hello All, I have offer in hand of 27.5 LPA+15% variable from ZS Associates as a BT Solutions delivery consultant and now my current company is ready to retain me by matching the offer & assuring that they will send me onsite to UK in couple of months. Now I am in a dilemma of what to do as I have been looking for onsite opportunities for my entire career so far. Kindly share your thoughts. Tech stack- ETL, abinitio, aws YoE 9 years CCTC 18.2+10% variable Capgemini

It is lower than what BCG offers in the Middle East, think twice before making such a jump, just for not having regrets.
Calculate how ur family is dependent on you for finance, if u think you will be able to send 1 lac at home and 1 lac of savings, then that is not possible.
If you travel/ hav lunch dinner out on weekend in the city forget abt even 1 lac sending home.
it all boils down to the financial dependency of your family.
63k is low for London , rents are really high, if you plan to stay in shared accommodation, you can manage with this salary.

Start a low investment business like food stall and make good food or no one will buy. Stop working and try to retire.

No it's basically low salary.if you are single then u may think to move here for experience but with family don't ever think about it.

How old are you? Kids/wife etc? And how many loans do you have?
If you have no dependence just go for 1 yr and try to switch to a better firm or different country if you can't get either then come back to India in a year.
