I have been working as a Supply chain manager for more than 10 years for a private company. Currently, I am working for more than 3-4 hours overtime daily, plus weekends, for which I am not paid. I would like to know how the other Supply Chain Managers are working. What are the exit opportunities?

How would switching to big 4 tech consulting at 2 YOE look for mba applications? Would it hurt? Looking to matriculate 2023 or 2024 but don't want this move to hurt me if I do it.

Should I specialize in Blockchain or AI? I’m a freshman in a CS degree and I can’t decide. My main argument to choose blockchain is the easy entry with little experience and high salary, I plan on growing my skills during the bear market and get a job once the market recovers. Regarding AI, I find this field fascinating but I feel like it requires a lot of experience, degrees and diplomas.

Thoughts? This seems decent based on my research but couldn't find a ton of data points. What is the career trajectory/opportunity like is a Google CE? Opportunities to move to product later on or will I be heavily soloed within tech? How do refreshers work? Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. I worked as a mortgage loan officer (which is sales) for 2 years after college, but since mortgage is such a niche industry, no hard skills transfer and have no relevant undergrad internships unfortunately. I know I can essentially get any sales job I want in finance IE: financial advisor etc. but don’t want to be stuck in sales forever. Any advice?

Pivoting away from Sales: I’ve been in sales positions for 15 years, and I’m just exhausted by the role (disputing commissions, arguing about deals, all of it). I have a degree in marketing, but I am having a hard time landing interviews since I’ve never had a strictly marketing only role. Sanity check. Going to preface this by saying I'm not in a rush. I wanted to get some good consulting experience so joined EY out of UG. Got early promo, but I've reached the point where I'm no longer growing (learning) much on my current team. I've become very interested in PE and want to give that a shot. I lack the resume experience.

Thinking to move within EY to an M&A focused group SaT or EYP. Do ~2 years and see if I still want that. Will that tick the box for most PE shops?
