Hey DE, it sucks that you're having a tough time of it - mental health is tricky and you need to give it the time and space it needs. Please please seek help via therapy or other means. What you're asking for here probably have legal ramifications associated (if I'm understanding you re: technical help to do some of your tasks). Instead consider asking for time off work or for your workload to be adjusted.
