Amex people thoughts on this offer, as I have recently(4 months back) joined a startup with Base(33) and CTC(35.5) but not enjoying the work here. Amex brand tag and culture is good.
Hence, considering the offer, does this offer look good or is there any scope of improvement? Amex American Express

Talk to your doctors about this for sure. My understanding is that flying is generally okay but you may want to take extra precautions to make sure you don’t get sick. There may also be additional appointments that could complicate not being there (there were for me at a different clinic, but my pregnancy also started rocky).
I’m a patient at CCRM boston (dr styer and ryneic did my successful FET!). I love them. That clinic is the best. You’re totally good to fly. I asked them about this bc I flew early on before I was discharged to regular obgyn.

I’m patient of Dr.Zimon. Sure I would definitely ask them. Yes they are best. We used to live in Boston , due to work , we moved to sf.louis. This is my second FET, I had baby boy in May 2023 with same doctor , as I was in city , the process of natural FET went smooth. So I chose to have natural FET transfer this time as well, so flying to Boston on Jan 1st week so that I can attend regular appointment for my blood work. And planning to stay for a month. So I will ask my doctor if she can discharge to regular obgyn soon so that I can atleast reduce my hotel pay.
I was a patient of CCRM Boston ( Dr. Ryniec did my successful FET!) and I flew to Italy from Boston about 7 hours after my FET. Flew back to Boston 9 days later and had my confirmation appointment the next day. You should be fine to fly! But definitely talk to them about it just to ease your mind.

I had a successful transfer at a different CCRM and flew the next day. My RE didn’t love the idea, but said there is no evidence that flying has any negative impact on pregnancy.
My RE said it is ok to fly. But definitely take it easy if you can.

Please suggest me is it okay to fly once the pregnancy is confirmed after 11th day of FET , I cannot stay those many days as in Boston due to budget issues staying in hotel .
Am from Uganda, you can consider coming here some time
But it's important to consult health care providers in that location for deliberate professional care
