Hi fish! My goal is to pivot into the HR/Org space, either in consulting or in-house. I'm currently a consultant with lots of experience in Change Management, Learning & Development, and Change Analytics, but want to grow more in the HR, employee experience, leadership & culture spaces.

Any suggestions on how best to pivot? Do certifications (ex. PHR/SHRM) help? Any guidance is much appreciated!

Hated my time at the F300 but had thought the grass would be greener in industry. I have an active secret clearance, BS in strategic intelligence, working on a masters in cybersecurity, and taking Security+ in December. No work experience in cyber, just my education and bootcamp course for Security+. Should I still apply for job that want 2-5+ years cyber experience and/or an active TS clearance?

I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. I really do not prefer one company over the other. They’re both great! I’m very confused here. TIA🙏

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?

I am working on a project to built OKR and KPI software for performance prediction. The tool that helps companies track KPIs and predicts business performance using these KPIs. This does two things for the business 1) creates visibility around performance individuals, departments and business as a whole and 2) enables businesses to predict outcomes for the next month, quarter etc.
