I have worked in healthcare for almost 4 years now. I have experience in managed care, utilization management, and clinical administrator coordinator. I love my job and the pay is fair but being single and on my own it is not enough to live on and enjoy. I make about 55K and am really hoping to reach at-least a 75K+ job. I also have my Bachelors degree in Sociology! Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas for jobs so I can make higher pay and actually enjoy my hard work earnings?

This was supposed to be the first year EY implemented a firm-wide mid-year bonus which would have been paid in January. Curious if other firms have a mid year bonus (based on their fiscal year) and if so, what have the amounts been historically? Select high performers with high utilization will still receive a little something this year similar to prior years (only ~$5k-10k tho).

I wish admin utilized Tier 1 supports with teachers. Smiles, appreciations and acknowledging ones efforts would do a great deal to boost morale and climate. I just don’t understand what that is so hard to do.

Am I being under paid? I have been working for a SaaS company for the last 6 months As a Director of sales and I am making 130k annually plus bonus. Post my MBA (Fin), I've been working in a bank as a Relationship Manager for over a year. I've realized majority of roles in banking are sales profiles (also less learnings and repetitive work) . I'd consider myself a good analyst rather than a salesperson.
