I have been working in Hubspot for 2 years, working with exec's to analyse sales rep performance, create sales processes, manage the company's CRM, integrations, and building the Hubspot infrastructure and other things that I want to list.

I want to transition to salesforce and I am studying to take the salesforce administrator certification as I think it will help me get out of start ups and I can work for some bigger corps. Any other certifications I need? How was the transition:

I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. I’m looking to move around the company so that I can make commission but I don’t want to be an account manager. Started at a big firm in July with high hopes- in the career path I wanted and I would be joining with other new grads.
After onboarding, it’s as if my team forgets about us every day. I interviewed with a company last week and the interviewer said he would submit my notes to the hiring manager and I would hear back this Monday from HR on next steps/if they want to move forward. I didn’t hear back yesterday so I emailed HR and she said she wasn’t part of the hiring decision so would reach out to the initial interviewer for his feedback. I haven’t heard from her and it’s been 24 hours - starting to get worried. What should I do? Does this mean they’re not interested?
