Holy crap. VA just bumped my disability from 10% to 70%. I was NOT expecting that but expecting/hoping for 30%. It’s possible fellas/gals, if you haven’t filed for this or that get on it! I’m using a VA coach service to help. Sure it costs a lot, but only if I get a rating. So it’s money I never had before. So it’s a win win.

I was taking SSRIs and dealing with awful side effects while I struggled for so long. I finally got an official diagnosis about 10 years ago but was never taught the symptoms or how to manage them. Anyone here struggle with drinking enough water every day? Growing up, I drank a lot of soda and fruit juices but since 2020, I’ve been trying to be one of those people who always has a water bottle. They say you drink some when you first wake up but I never have a taste for it and then never remember to start drinking until about noon.

Yoga folks! I used to do yoga and exercise frequently. Things happened, getting back on the wagon.
