Honestly how hard is it to get fired in public accounting. I feel like i struggle sometimes and I can’t complete my tasks in a timely manner. Definitely can see my annoyances on my manager face.

Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? Is the CPA designation worth it? For me it would take me 1 year of PREP courses and 2 years of PEP until i can write the CFE. And I am 27 years old right now. Also wondering if it would be crazy to pursue the CPA while learning how to code to be a developer as well?
