We can see why PwC is 2nd to Deloitte in many ways. Simplest example: Deloitte already declared their appraisal and bonus a month back; whereas PwC is still contemplating of declaring it in July. PwC leadership needs to think what it's lacking.. Right now the only benefit with PwC AC is wfh.

Has anyone used a design app like Havenly or Modsy for basic decorating help? Or have any other suggestions? I rent a small apartment so don’t need anything extensive, but I’m having trouble figuring out how to use my space and executing what I have in mind. I gave interview for Infosys 10 days ago and the interviewer told me that he'll consider me as 3 yrs experienced while I had 2 yrs and 10 months of experience. Interview went really well and last Thursday HR called me and said they will offer TA role and the compensation was 100% raise from my current CTC. She called again the next day and says we can't give TA role as I don't have 36 months of experience. Now they are offering me <25% raise with SSE role. She gave me the weekend to think.

TCS has a clause in the offer letter where it states that the offer becomes null and void if one doesn't join within 120 days. I need to try and get this extended beyond 120 days. Has anyone done this perviously if yes.. Please share how did you convince TCS HR for it?
