I’m a new SM; I can’t say for sure but my outlook on BD looks promising. I kept friends who left, who are in or close to be in positions to source work.

Network and build relationships, also referrals from people in your network

Sure ok, rich people are a big part of it, but so are many other business owners, executives, directors, for orgs small and large, who may or may not be rich. So get to know them (aka "network") and others if you don't already. It takes work buddy

Hi Guys,
I am from mainframe technology having 7YOE.
Planning for a job change as my current organization is not having much scope.
Can someone please guide me on which topics or area I need to focus more on to clear the interview.
I have given a few interviews and haven't cleared it so I'm feeling very low at this point of time.
Any help would be appreciated

Leaders, Could you share your thoughts, that you are willing and able to share, regarding:
1. How are your clients viewing post-Covid in-office work?
2. How do you think expectations for face-to-face work and travel (and the associated expenses) will change for your teams based on client expectations?
3. What are the views of your teams re: willingness / eagerness to travel?

What's the most common way to make long-term friends in the city (29F)? I came to the city alone and don't really know anyone, and being in a remote work situation doesn't really help with socializing with coworkers. I'm usually very committed to friendships but also heard NYC peeps "come and go" from various sources :/

I’m looking to leave technology risk (IT audit), and get into an industry M&A accountant role. Any advice on how to spin my current experience on my resume for this type of role?
I’ve run budget on my teams but that’s about as close as I can get to any ‘relevant experience’.
