It sounds like you are suffering from discouragement, not imposter syndrome. You have to realize that, when starting out, you’ll have to get rejected a hundred times before landing a job. In fact, even highly skilled, very experienced people are getting dozens, possibly hundreds, of rejections. It’s just the way it is. After you are massively successful, when you are earning hundreds of thousands a year, then you might feel actual imposter syndrome.
Getting that first job is SO HARD. I think most people have experienced what you’re feeling. My best advice is to leverage your network - friends, family, professors, alumni orgs, etc. Despite the internet, we still live on a very relationship-centric world. Landing any gig often requires the advantage of a referral to be noticed, especially so when new to the industry.
Entry level roles get a ton of applications. Please DM me if you're interested in healthcare. I'm happy to pass your resume along.
