Sometimes I read books (fiction, non-work-related) if I need help relaxing at bedtime. I also occasionally take hydroxyzine, which is a prescription med that can make you sleepy as a side effect. I take it for anxiety but it is also used to treat allergies. I can’t necessarily recommend it since it is a prescription drug but it is effective. In general my stress subconsciously exhausts me so I fall asleep fairly easily at night...and then I wake up at 7am and spend an hour in bed feeling sad 😐

I tried gummies and didn’t like them. I use a tincture brand my doctor recommend - Ananda Hemp 600mg.

I have just taken to spraying lavender essence in my bedroom before going go sleep. It gives me something to look forward to.

I play Xbox for at least 30min before going to bed. I'm not a gamer, got Xbox during the pandemic, and for some reason help me sleep
