Are you supplementing magnesium? Try that — magnesium citrate might help. It’s a necessary part of the keto diet.
You might also try watching your coffee intake, and ending meals at least 3-4 hours before bed. I actually find that eating carbs close to bedtime keeps me awake.
Melatonin. Meditation. Breathing exercises.
Maybe dont do keto if it prevents you from sleeping? Probably a bad sign
Agree with EY1. I had sleep issues as a result of magnesium levels being low. Try adding it back in and hopefully it will help!
I find that I have the opposite problem where I am very tired before I go to bed but I am waking up very very early. I am tracking all of my magnesium and potassium and my daily amounts are pretty close to what they should be. Not sure what to recommend but just thought I would mention that I have what seems to be opposite problem
