You said you heard and learned about some behaviors, but what have you tried? Where have you had success?
I usually have a pre-practiced blurb, even if it’s just talking points I want to make sure I briefly hit that can come up for several common questions I expect. I also try to have a very good response to “why do you want to work specifically for US” as that’s usually a good opportunity to impress them. Anything that I know I could easily talk their ear off on, I find a way to condense and even throw in “I can elaborate on this if you’d like, but I’ll keep it short for the time being” and see how they respond. The key is to have it practiced, but in a way that feels like you’re just naturally talking. You don’t want to sound like a robot.
I’m a dresser so I usually discount syncopations in my head or go over with you they’re gonna say and then go play a game with something relaxed and then come back to it again and repeat that a couple times before you start the interview. It usually works for me
