How do you tell your practice lead politely that you're interviewing with other firms, that's why I wasn't on calls all day...😱😝

As a chemical engineer, I have a lot of job opportunities, but as a recent graduate, I have had a hard time getting my first job. After my internship, I have only had 3 interviews. Does anyone know about any job bank for chemical engineers?

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.

732 applications the last 11 months that doesn’t include since the start of the pandemic looking for work. Out of that only 117 have been viewed that’s 6% viewed! the hiring process is completely broken, human resources, managers, and hiring managers are not capable! The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!

I’ve been working at Deloitte (federal) for 4 months now at the analyst level doing the typical analyst work, like building decks. The original company I wanted to work for had to rescind my offer back in March due to COVID. They’re hiring again and want me to join.
