How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?

Sounds like those guys have something to hide.
If a guy is a serial cheater, liar, thief, has STD’s, pretends to be single, etc. then he deserves to be called out and it is women protecting other women from the worst men. I also think there could be some legal risk though as a persons reputation could be harmed by the information posted. Curious to know the laws regarding this and if it varies by state.
And remember because of a certain section for all online apps, the apps themselves are never at fault. I can’t adjust that women on these sites are very, very choosy with how and what they share.
I love reading the hysterical tea women drop in it 🤣

Agree on safety, cheaters, etc. However, a lot of it is one person’s side about why things didn’t work out. My name has been dropped in there, and the majority of what was said wasn’t true.

I think in the world we live in you can't be too safe. If you don't want your dirty laundry hanging outside then keep ya @$$ clean. If you don't want to be called out for yours wrong doings to others then treat people right. There is a limit. what kind of regulations and guidelines, or are there any put in place to follow?
If the information can damage a person's reputation that could jeopardize them getting a job, that might be a highway to court. Are the things being posted really saving somebody else's life from heartache pain and serious situations or people just posting things out of anger and spite? Or just bashing people for sour dates? I myself have never personally visited the page. I'm just curious

The problem is that there's literally no requirement for proof of anything...You can just screenshot a picture of a guy, make up lies, get your friends to back you up, and now a lie has become perceived truth

If a guy gets upset about it, it's because they don't want women to know the truth about their antics.
I will say some info is good, and some is there for drama, so use your own discernment when reading info

Makes sense. There's no possible logical reason why a guy would not want his info plastered on an unregulated and unmonitored place.
If a guy is a douch-canoe (or a woman) then they deserve to be called out, especially if it might protect other women/men.
