Need advice. I’m a super senior content EP at a well known agency in the U.S., where I’ve been for quite some time. Checked out http://Glassdoor.com, and I make at the high end of the ranges for similar agencies. In the past year I’ve also taken on additional responsibilities (outside of traditional EP duties) that have doubled my workload and raised my profile quite a bit. How should I go about brining up a sizable salary bump (some creatives and even planning peeps earn more with much less responsibility)?

Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

My current boss I can speak freely with on professional topics. There is some personal exchanges. My previous boss at the same company I could NOT. She took ideas for improvement personally as a ding against her. A very simple time saving change took two years to implement. I brought it up to her, she wouldn't listen until the third time. After I showed every other person, individually, how it would save time. Current boss, I brought up a time saving idea, she immediately scheduled a training session for me to show others.

By boss being my manager, absolutely I speak freely. If it's an exec I support, I will with one that I have a really close relationship with. Another, I might bring something up but be as diplomatic as possible. Others I bite my tongue because while we work well together, I just don't have that rapport yet.
