1850 billable, 700 nonbillable
Networking, conferences, instructing tons of training, best practices projects, etc.
1650 billable vs 700 non-billable.....I think
Tax staff 1 - 1810 billable hours
1750 billable, level 2 - experienced associate, no idea on non-billable 🤣
2,200 charge & 750 non charge.
Haha, yea it was a lot. Even crazy that a tax senior was 30 charge hours behind me & a audit senior had ~20 more charge hours than me. Industry is M&D.
1850 billable experienced associate, no idea on non billable
1300 staff 2 -> senior
Similar boat, 1350 staff 2 to senior
1270 billable - but I was out for paternity leave for several weeks during the year.
M1 Audit. 2,300 billable, 475 non billable (includes holidays, pto, office closings)
1750 billable no clue on non charge we no longer keep track of non charge hours
Audit Staff 1 - 2,100 billable hours. Started in June.
That’s nuts for first year audit. At my firm, for associate minimum is 1650 billable on book but no one had said anything to me so mine is around 1400-1500.
2000 S1
2,300 billable; we stopped tracking non-billable (which is annoying 🙃).
1,286 billable, 1032 non billable (excluding vacation and holidays)
The year before last, I worked 3,224 total hours, over 2,000 billable
EY1 - Yes, absolutely true. I worked numerous 80 hour weeks and a 100 hour week. Had only a few weeks less than 50 hours. I’m an SME in National Tax, and I was helping teams/clients all over the country implement new IRS regulations. It was brutal. I also have L&E and knowledge management responsibilities and a lot of G&A, which is why my non billable hours are so high.
1500ish billable. 500 non billable
2600 total hours, 1600 chargeable. Lost track a couple weeks bc was so swamped so probably more like 2700 total hours
1400 billable 500 non billable
Wow.Some of these hours are just insane. We are all indispensable - PA will go on with or without of us. Unfortunately, we convince ourselves otherwise and often figure it out later - once it negatively impacts our real treasures in life. Been there - done that.
