21 PTO days, 10 sick days at EY
Yes you can roll vacation days, but the allotment is 18 per year
16 which to me seems good compared to my friends in industry but crap compared to everyone else I know in public accounting
However some of my friends in industry asked me recently if we ever just get random Friday’s off because it’s summer or because we work hard and I just LOL’ed to that question
LOL I’m working 10 hours regularly M-Th anyway, my SM would have an aneurysm if I suggested we should get Friday off because of that 😂
Have self managed (unlimited) PTO. Obviously cannot take all the time off, but able to take as much time as needed.
Whatever the cap is. I am not a smart man
I have about 45 days of PTO accrued at the moment.
Haha I am around the same amount. I was hired in 2015 too
20 days PTO at manager and above (15 days below) and 10 days paid sick leave for everyone. PTO and sick leave does not roll over. Want to say 8 holiday days as well and one day per year for volunteer project of your choice.
Crowe - 20 days for everyone, up to 25 once you hit 10 years. That PTO includes sick days so no paid sick days. 8 or 9 holidays a year (with a floating generally).
Kind of thinking Crowe’s is pretty crappy comparatively now, maybe a good question for our upcoming SoTF :)
Random perk: 96 hours of Board time off if you are a member of a BOD.
At EY nobody’s counting lol
Lol I see all this at squar in southern ca staff 16 days and includes sick days. Senior used to be 20 but switched to unlimited
24 PTO with 7 holidays and Summer Fridays off
20 PTO (vacation and sick), 10 holidays, no personal days
I work in PwC Middle East. As a manager I get 25 leave days + 3 religious days + 9 days for holidays + sick leave; all paid.
EY has unlimited vacation starting 2021, 10 sick days and 19 holidays.
35 days plus holidays and sick days.
3w vacation, 104hr PTO, standard holidays, two weeks Winter Break
Used to have 5 weeks PTO and 2 weeks sick days. Now unlimited PTO.
KPMG UK is 26 days + bank hols + bday + kpmg special leave isn't it? Not awful but decent
Unlimited vacation, 10 sick days
“Unlimited PTO” however, if you take more than 5 weeks you will get a reduction in your pay. Sick days are included in the PTO.
Unlimited vacation. So if I get sick I just use a vacation day
25 vacation, 8 sick days, NYSE holidays. Industry but still banking/finance related
Unlimited with a minimum of 20 and one shut down (5)
