The only money you truly should have saved is 3 months of income for emergency expenses plus money for targets, such as house and car.
Anything past that isn’t a prescribed thing. It all depends on live situation (do you help your parents or do your parents help you) and preferences (do you prefer to travel young or do you want to have a house before your 25-30 etc).
You do what works for you, what other people do doesn’t matter.
I wouldn't say that there's a fixed amount that you're supposed to have by that age. It really just comes down to your income level, what your current expenses are, and what your plans for the future are. Ideally you'll have a cushion for a few months for emergencies, but other than that it's kind of a subjective matter.
3-6 months of living expenses if you have no debt. 1 month if you have debt. If you have 3-6 months living expenses beyond that it depends if you’re interested in buying a house, car, etc in the near future. This is really for anyone regardless of age
Depends on how many baby mamas you have.
