I am currently waiting on an offer from EY for SC. Going on 3 weeks since my final interview with the partner. Last week they told me I should have offer approval early this week but I haven’t heard back from HR. How long does it take to get an offer from EY? I was told they were really busy.

Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. But all of sudden hr is saying she is not confirm whether I'll get offer or not. They are bluffing all around to giving my offer. What should I do now
