I had interviewed for an internship position at EY for technology consultant program for summer 2022 and got a call where they extended an offer. I wanted to know if I can defer the internship offer to fall 2022 or a later start date after summer.
I apologize as I cannot reply to a comment or DM on this platform to anyone, but thanks for your answers in advance.

Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

It's no longer just about "doing" but about "leading." Showcase your ability to strategize, build teams, and drive results. Think big picture, not daily tasks. Use metrics and data to demonstrate the value you've brought to the table. Don't just say you "improved efficiency" show how much by.
If you don't get any bites here, I'd recommend hiring an expert on Upwork. Doesn't cost a lot but it can make a huge difference.
Resume format I’ve found useful for director and up roles is:
Short summary to highlight scope
Bullet 1-leadership impact with deliverable
Bullet 2-revenue impact with deliverable
Bullet 3-strategy impact with deliverable.
Keep it short and punchy. I felt like I’d hit a ceiling then made that change and in 2 years I went from a site leader to regional, to head of US, to VP, and being interviewed currently for a President role.
In the same boat. I paid $350 for resume, cover letter and LinkedIn review/update. I’ve been pleased with the response. IMO shifting the language or focus to strategy and leadership, as opposed to operations and implementation.
Have you worked with a headhunter for VP roles? Also, have you asked for sponsorship from a VP in your current company? That kind of initiative along with placement can get you on a path to VP level roles but certainly could be a taller climb than leaving the organization. Continue to keep a great relationship with leadership and perhaps you could boomerang back to them later - for a VP+ role at that point! You have options!
Unfortunately, the culture at my company is that people at my level and above 'don't need mentorship'. A big reason why I'm looking around is that my manager told me that she can't coach me get to the next level and recommended I look outside the company for this help. I've no idea why she doesn't realize this inclines me to also seek a position outside the company.
I've been exploring headhunters the last few days. A lot of them seem scammy. Have any recs?
