How long does it takes for you to feel confident on what you are doing at FDD? Essentially I am not trying to stay at FDD forever but want to make sure that I learn all the necessary skills before I go.

Is there such place as non toxic ID firm? Or does any of ID attys like what they do? I moved from general practice to an ID firm six months ago. Biggest mistake of my life. I am currently working as a Data Science Analyst in Amex and would like to make a switch to Fraud detection/Credit risk modelling in future.(not in a hurry but would like to start preparing for the same)
How should I go about preparing for it? Is MBA the only course?
My current tech stack is Python, Pyspark, Hive, SQL, ML, DL(specifically NLP based). I have already done MS in CS from IIT Kgp.
I am confused mainly cause the tech stack requirement is similar to my role in the company.

What is the general consensus on online I/O psychology programs? I’m looking to pivot into HC consulting and am strongly considering USC’s online MAPP or Harvard Extension School’s I/O Psychology graduate program.

We are seeing more pushback from employees on working 40 hours. We offer flexibility (wfh), 11 holidays and another 3 wks PTO. Seems like a good gig, I think, at 40-45 hrs. Anyone seeing this too?
