I didn’t get promoted manager this year which was a huge surprise to. Literally, nothing led me to believe I wouldn’t get the promotion ( maybe covid but I was still super busy).I am not challenged at work at all as I have been a senior for a very long time (5- old firm 3 years and EY 2 years)I don’t know what to do. I think I will be bored to death in industry but I have the fear of never being enough or doing enough in PA. I am just very overwhelmed and confused of what’s next for me.

2. FAANG, Sales Account Manager role (similar to my current role)

I broke up with my EX mainly because the relationship with my child and her was not the best, it sucks but I have to look out for my child, So far I am able to do the things I can do now. It is not the I am not Hoeing around but the simply fact that I can hang out with friends and go watch my son play baseball is a great feeling now. I feel at peace now, in somewhat of pain because of the breakup but I am at peace now.

Been with my GF since college and we recently hit the 4 year mark. 1-2 years into our relationship I found out she had instances of micro-cheating (flirting with guys, talking to ex’s etc - but nothing physical) and we addressed it. To her credit and my knowledge, she’s been apologetic and great at respecting boundaries since, but I still feel the pain from her actions years ago (and have talked to her about it). Feeling lost about whether to just leave or to try and work things out

I love my SO but get unsure....they just went on a friends trip and came back and randomly said going on another one in two weeks. I said I wanted to spend time together so they came back next morning and said let's go away just us instead, which is awesome and I am happy BUT is it a red flag? They used to always be all about spending time together and now seems like I have to remind them to put us first in the past month. We both work hard and have kids so life is more complicated.
