I feel like a struggle with “Black and White” thinking where if someone does something that makes me really upset, they became ‘bad’ in my eyes for a while. I.e at work, if we are in a super stressful situation and a coworker is upset or has a annoyed tone with me, I’ll automatically be avoiding or kinda worried to be around that coworker for a while/can’t focus around them properly until they show a diff mood. I also do this in my personal life. Anyone with similar experience/ways to help?

I am the same. We can’t rewire ourselves to just “get it over it” like people tell us, that is not realistic. Therapists can provide you with productive strategies to minimize the impact, etc. You are already self aware, which is fantastic. Wish you the best, you’ve got this 👍.

It’s great that you notice that and want to change it up. You can absolutely rewire yourself, kinda reprogram your subconscious mind by noticing the old habit of thinking and creating the new one. We all have this ability, and it’s very empowering to train your mind. Look it up online, there are lots of tools around this. Good luck!

What helps me is knowing the worst attitude or reaction someone has is not them and it’s more likely a result of a lack or sleep, too little or too much coffee, or just their own work or personal stress. We are all human and imperfect. Just telling yourself that and treating people how you would want to be treated is really helpful for me. Sometimes I get stressed or annoyed and I wouldn’t want someone to hold it over me when it’s not who I am 9/10. It’s easier said then done but over time you can reprogram your mind/thoughts ~ over time lol

I've got an offer from a company - Kumaran Systems which is also providing a very good package which is almost 100% hike with my current CTC.
But I have never heard of this company before I appeared for the interviews.

I know I took out the loans and I should repay them and I’m normally fiscally conservative and against giving out free money. But I am hoping student loans get completely cancelled. It would greatly boost the economy if people do not have them hanging over their heads. However, forgiving what is currently there won’t help long term if the predatory practices around student loans aren’t fixed along with soaring tuition prices and salaries for administrators.
