Serious suggestion... integrate core workouts... at least 2-3 times a week... not just anterior but also posterior workouts.. your pain will go away. Signed someone who had back surgery and got back to an active lifestyle
Glute bridges, bird dogs, planks... research German stabilization exercises. I’ve found that posterior workouts make a bigger impact for me as that part of our body is most neglected in office setting

Is it your feet or your legs that are stiff? I don’t know that a standing mat will fix stiff legs. I think you just have to give your body time to adjust to this new standing thing. I have a standing desk and mat and it’s helping keep my feet from getting sore but my back and legs are still tired.

Got it. I’ve had success using Foundation Training. They have some videos on YouTube. I don’t think of myself having low back pain regularly but after I do one of their 15 minute stretch routines, I realize I did have back pain and now it’s gone.

Body weight squats. Keep a tight core and maintain good posture, hold at the bottom of the squat. Balance with hip hinge/good mornings. Do sets of 10-20 throughout the day.

Get a massage chair. It’s about a grand. Good way to use that stimulus check and get some massages without human interaction. Win-win
Invest in a mini hand massager! Worth every penny
Hey... my Mom had one of those! Ha
