Awesome. Will check it out. Thanks!
What practice area? In a big city or somewhere local?
I’ve kicked around this same idea. Also a litigator. Some things that seem challenging: what’s your target client look like? How are you planning to market to that client? How large of matters can you handle on your own? At what point will you bring on an associate or other support?
Not a solo, but I work for a small-ish firm and some of these things get delegated to me. All the backend business stuff like billing, trust accounting, general ledger, etc.; chasing people for money; all the contracts and services you need - dealing with vendors; marketing. I do the library stuff and a few other things. All the stuff that other people at the firm deal with to make the place run is now your responsibility.
