I have a new boss and it's not going well. Before she was my boss, she was scheduled to be in the field with me on 2 different days. Both of those days i noticed the word "Loser" written on the back of my car in the dirt. I never said anything because it was extremely childish and just wanted to move on from it. Now she is my direct manager and she is making my life miserable. I need advice!!

do whats best for you.... what ever makes you are peace.... you don't have to work at a place where you're uncomfortable or disrespected. You deserve to work in a good environment where you can be yourself and not feel bullied. Just know that its not you you're not at fault. and that this woman is being extremely childish. Good luck sweet heart you got this 😁

The way I see it you kind of have limited options, all of which have downsides to consider. You can try to have a 1:1 with that manager and address the technical ways she is making things miserable, have to take the emotion out of it. Skip level talk, if that is an option. Last, but not least, start looking elsewhere. Not an easy choice at all.

Hope you can find a security camera with video imagines of her writing on your vehicle. If so, show it to a trusted manager. Oh! Look for new reward full employment. Good Luck!

I'm oddly fascinated by the idea of an adult writing "Loser" on the back of someone's car. The second time it happened I would have confronted the person about it. I mean, how could you not? If she's making your life miserable now I guess the best approach is to look for something else. People like that can't really be changed.

I’ve battled my inner teen about responding but when another willfully pulls you into misery sometimes a tit for tat approach is relieving although a bit dangerous. How about “Loser” in a place she will see it? HER car perhaps?
I might be the kind of smart A$$ that would make a graphic or name plate that says Loser and post it where she can see it … as in, my desk, my door, she deemed it so right? She knows what she did What a….ugh

Just do a better job than her
