I have interviewed for Associate scientist II role before but due hiring freeze the offer fell through. I recently got an offer for Senior reserach associate role at a mide size pharma with flexible work schedule through a contractor for 1 year with high possiblity of conversion to full
time.

My q is should I conside Senior research associate role given that I have Masters with 5 yrs academic and 2 year industry experience? I feel like its going to be a step or 2 lower than my experience
