Hi All,
Need suggestions here. Please help me out. I was interviewed with IBM and got selected. Waiting for offer letter. Meanwhile got selected in another company and got offer too. Put down my ppr. Offer from another company is way beyond than IBM almost 22% more in terms of fixed. Now I’m confused that once IBM releases their offer then should I ask them to match with my holding or not ? Will they consider for negotiations? What’s your thoughts? IBM
How many Interview rounds for HCL ?
Hi all, recently a recruiter from Amazon reached out for an SDE 2(2+ years of exp. required) role and I'm a recent CS grad. I gave the OA (which was extremely difficult w/ 99% cut-off) and other tasks related to the OA. A few hours back, I got a call from the recruiter that I had cleared the assessment and tasks and said that they are looking for 2+ years of exp. I said I'm open to the SDE1 role and said she'll ask her colleagues. Idk what to expect now 😥 Amazon Amazon India

That makes no sense. Why not ask to delay a few weeks? If there was a quick turnaround from the referral to the interview, just be honest and say that you want to ensure you are prepared as possible. You miss 100% of the shots you don't take.
It's just an interview, your life doesn't depend on it. Give it your best shot and get it fine with.
Go ahead and do it. Stop freaking yourself out. Take a conscious break from preparing. Gotta still act naturally not over-rehearsed.
What's the harm of doing it
Agree with BCG1. The fact that you're in consulting also give you a leg up over others, I think
it went better than I thought. crossing fingers, it looks really promising. thanks fb fam, round 2 here I come!!
Felt unprepared for all of mine and did just fine.
Also, if you were going to delay, do it now. Right now
Nice job OP. Believe in yourself!
Yes
I would delay. It's not going to hurt you at all most likely. It's just going to be a recruiter moving dates around
How'd it go?
I figured better to cancel than not do as well. not sure what to do
P1, fear of failure. I have prepped a lot but need a lot more.
